industrial, which leads  us  to  also  act  in this market, making the brokering  and sale of

Working in the internal market, we involved in the construction of small hydroelectric plants,
and Electrical Units Term Wind  Generation, we can provide advice from  the initial  studies
for  development  and  approval  of  projects  with  Aneel  (Organ  manager  of  the Brazilian
Government  to  authorize  and  supervise the distribution of energy throughout the national
territory) and also along the Ibama (government agency authorizing the Environment.)

As a result of our activity in this area, just in finance and operations involved with the Ven -
ture  Capital  -  Contracts  with End and time  period  determined,  where international bank
finances the entire project  with approval of construction  given by the Brazilian government,
participating as a  partner  company  of  the  new generation of energy to be established to
administer the new generating  unit  that  is  emerging with the  project and, assuming  the
entire  building,  linking  the new  plant  to power transmission lines of Aneel and trading of
energy to be generated by the new plant,with Distributors of  the existing power throughout
the national territory.
